We are a fully inspected and
licensed kennel in Los Angeles County, CA
All canines are microchipped
using the AVID microchip system.
A licensed veterinarian is
on call 24 hours a day
We feel deep commitment of responsibility for every pup we bring into the
world and we are willing to put the well being of our canines ahead of
all else.
Here is how the guarantee
works!
1. Homelessness guarantee -
If at any point in time you are unable to care for your canines our
rescue facility will accept your dog back, at any age (seniors welcome)
and provide a loving home for him or her and/or find a loving and qualified
foster home.
2. Veterinary guarantee
-
If a veterinarian has determined that your pup or adult dog has any
genetic defect that is correctible by surgery, we will pay the veterinarian
performing the surgery up to $500.00 to help offset the costs.
Our bold and generous health guarantee may not be appreciated by breeders
who cannot afford to offer this kind of guarantee. Buyer beware! Watch
out for the breeders who employ negative sales tactics to generate sales.
It's easy to pick out the responsible breeders from the "puppy mills",
just let their guarantee speak for them! A breeders willingness to be responsible
for your dogs health and happiness says it all. Our dogs are a very important
part of our family. We raise them in family groups so they can play and
frolic. They are raised on the best food along with plenty of bones and
chew toys to keep them healthy and happy. Most of all they are raised with
lots of love and attention!
Call us for a list of happy clients. We are pleased
to give references.
Puppies to approved and loving homes only. Pups
are sold under contract.

Karin,
Melissa and I would like to thank you again for taking so much time
with us. We hope Shasta will come around, she is really a sweet pyr.
I hope you will keep us updated with her progress. As for the new
guy, Melissa decided on the name Zeus. It seems most fitting for
such a large and powerful pyr. Also, I have attached the pictures I took
while at your ranch, I thought you would like to see them. There
are also a few pictures of Zeus' first bath. Once again we would
like to thank you again, we a extremely appreciative of your time help.
Sincerely,
Joshua and Melissa

old. She's even bigger now! Thanks again,

Dear Karin,
Sorry that this has taken me so long to write. Summer hit and we got crazy!
I wanted you to know that Beau is doing great. He has the
most sweetest
and gentle nature, just as you said. We really made a good decision in
purchasing him. He has fit into our family just perfect.
We are anxious for winter to come to play with him in the snow. The kids
want him to pull them on their sleds. We can already tell that he loves
the cool weather up here.
Thanks again for all your help. We love Beau to death and hope to have
him around for many years.
Best Wishes
Debbie (9-14-96)
Dear Karin, Ron & kids,
As you can see by the pictures Micaleen is growing up quite substantially!
He is the greatest. We love him so much and of course he knows it!
Sorry I haven't kept in touch sooner. A lot happening here - hope you had
happy holidays -
Love Christine, Tim and Micaleen (2-12-96)

"Karin, please find enclosed receipt showing confirmation of Milo's
castration. I believe we get a $50.00 refund per our contract. I can't
begin to tell you what a wonderful addition Milo is to our family and how
much he is loved by us as well as his other two buddies. I regret not having
purchased another and will keep you in mind in the future. Thank you again
for our Milo. Fondly, Thuy. P.S. Picture enclosed for your album."

"Karin, I'm enclosing the vet's cert. for the $50.00 rebate. Zuni's
doing great - was 98 lbs last week. She and Zelda are still best buds.
Zoey died 2 weeks ago - really sad - she was our first dog. Would love
to hear from you." Jill. (11-30-96)

doing fine, except she is spoilt and only listens when you have food! We
thank you, she is a great girl!" John and Sandra.

Highlands Sebastian - 14 months
Hi Karin - Sebastian is over a year now - and my best boy. I love him
so much. He has a great, mellow personality although he is now being quite
protective of the house and yard! (Bark! Bark!) He loved spending the summer
in Lake Tahoe - definitely kept the bears away. I think he would have a
lot of fun visiting his relatives - maybe we could work it out? I also
think he needs a girlfriend ..... maybe if we get a larger yard! Thanks
for your card - keep in touch! Sue.

Hi Karin!
It's been awhile since I last wrote! We have been quite busy keepin
g
up with "Dax," the 100+ pound puppy. Wow. We dearly love
him (the"other" male from the September litter) but he has turned
into quite a handful!
As I recall, you were planning to keep the other male, right? If so,
is
he also a big guy? Dax was about 100 lbs at 6 months. Must be all
those potted plants, redwood benches, water bowls and fences that he's
been eating!
I have attached a puppy picture for you. We just got a new scanner,
I will be sure to send more in the near future. Give some hugs to all
the white fluffy members of the family for us!

I am very impressed by your website, even more so by the responsible
nature by which you approach such a magnificent breed as the Pyr! A
year ago I was lucky enough to have a Pyr come to me by way of Rescue
and Janet Ingram. Recently, I became home to another wonderful Pyr.
In becoming acquainted with Janet and other people in the Pyr community
involved in Rescue, I have heard some horrid stories about how they
have been treated (puppy mills, backyard breeders, and some irresonsible
breeders) Here in the southeast there are far too many Pyrs that find
their way into Rescue(even one is too many) At times my view of alot
of breeders has become jaded through what I have witnessed and heard.
It is a relief to see that there are responsible breeders dedicated
to
such a noble breed as the Pyr!
Thank you,
Jason Foster

Hello,
My family and I just added a Great Pyr to our family. I think already
she is
one of the gentlest, obedient dog we have ever owned. Her lightness
complements my Bernese Mountain Dog wonderfully. Soon they both are
going to
start pulling carts by harness. I would like to thank you for your
great web
page. It made up my mind on the type of dog we wanted. Thank you.
